Tsui Hark's 1986 action-comedy "Peking Opera Blues" made its debut in a gleaming new 4K restoration at the Shanghai International Film Festival, complete with Dolby Atmos sound that brought fresh life to the film's elaborate martial-arts sequences and comedic timing. The Bologna-based archive L'Immagine Ritrovata undertook the meticulous restoration work, while Italian luxury jeweler Bvlgari partnered with the festival to underwrite the project.
