Built on more than 50 years of Airmix expertise, the AVX Pro succeeds the widely used AVX platform and is designed to integrate seamlessly into existing Airmix installations without requiring system modifications.

The AVX Pro delivers meaningful customer benefits, including higher transfer efficiency, reduced overspray, improved finish quality, and lower operating costs. An optimized fluid design produces finer droplets at lower pressure, helping manufacturers achieve a consistent, high-quality finish while reducing material consumption.

A patented indexed aircap system improves repeatability and simplifies maintenance by enabling operators to quickly return to a known spray configuration after cleaning. This design helps reduce cleaning time and minimizes production downtime.

Additional features, including quick-disconnect maintenance and integrated NFC connectivity, further enhance uptime, traceability, and ease of use. NFC technology provides convenient access to product information and support resources, helping streamline maintenance and operational processes.
