In Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, helm officer Lieutenant Erica Ortegas is this universe's first truly "hotshot" pilot like Han Solo. While there have been other skilled and capable officers at the helms of vessels named Enterprise or other ships, none carried the kind of swagger only a scruffy-looking nerfherder could. Ortegas isn't scruffy-looking, but she has all the other required qualities.
