While speaking about the possibility of two-time Cy Young Award winner Tarik Skubal getting traded, Passan noted that if there's a team that is going to go out and get the Detroit Tigers' attention for the ace, it's going to be Los Angeles.
"If there is a team that's going to go get Tarik Skubal and has both the incentive and the ability to do so, it is the Los Angeles Dodgers," Passan said. "I know people don't like hearing that. The Dodgers have won two consecutive championships. They already have a roster that's loaded with stars. But they can pretty much do whatever they want at this point."
