Scott has caught the eye of the Gunners after he enjoyed an outstanding Premier League campaign last term. The 22-year-old is also a target for Manchester United and Bournemouth are desperate to hold on to him.
Scott was invited to the England camp last month to train with the team after not making the final 26-man World Cup squad. Three Lions manager Thomas Tuchel claimed he was delighted to have the Arsenal target at the camp and an international debut is on the cards after he received his first senior England call-up last November.
