WARROAD, Minn. , Four fourth-generation family leaders of Marvin, a manufacturer of premium windows and doors, were recognized by Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) as winners of the Entrepreneur Of The Year2026 Heartland Award.
Paul Marvin, CEO; Christine Marvin, chief customer officer; Dan Marvin, president, Infinity by Marvin; and Will Marvin, senior director of retail operations, were among a select group honored for their commitment to transforming industries, impacting communities and creating long-term value.
“More than 114 years ago, our great-grandfather founded Marvin in Warroad, Minnesota. As family members, we are incredibly fortunate to receive this gift to steward forward,” said Paul Marvin. “That includes taking chances and taking risks, which we’ve watched each generation before us wisely navigate. Now that it’s our turn, to be honored for taking those risks and innovating with an entrepreneurial spirit is very meaningful.”
Marvin leaders were recognized for their thoughtful vision as the company has more than doubled in size in their tenure and maintaining the company’s strong commitments to the communities in which it does business, including its founding city of Warroad, Minnesota, where it remains headquartered today. The company also maintains a unique, people-centered culture for its nearly 9,000 employees across the country while driving industry-leading innovations such as the first-of-its-kind Marvin Connected Home automated window and door solution and its recently released Vivid collection.
“The Entrepreneur of the Year 2026 Heartland Award winners are reshaping their industries and redefining what it means to lead as entrepreneurs,” said Entrepreneur of the Year Heartland Program Co-Director Erin Donovan.
“Through their vision, focus and commitment to growth, the winners are building companies that move markets forward, create opportunities for their teams and strengthen the communities around them,” added Entrepreneur of the Year Heartland Program Co-Director Zac Smith.
Founded in 1986, the Entrepreneur of the Year program celebrates leaders across the country. Regional honorees will advance to the national competition in November.
