The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum's Famous Cast Could Backfire

It has been over two decades since the conclusion of Peter Jackson's beloved The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, but Andy Serkis' The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum will soon return to that version of Middle-earth. In many ways, Serkis and his team are emulating the production of the original trilogy. Much of The Lord of the Rings' crew has returned, including the artists of Wētā Workshop, and the film will be shot in New Zealand, just like The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit before it.
