WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Are you looking for ways to increase productivity while maintaining quality? Thinking that CNC automation might be the pathway toward attaining those goals? Perhaps you have dipped your toes into CNC technology and are looking to get even more out of the process?

If so, then an educational panel being held during the Wood Pro Expo Florida/2026 Closets Conference & Expo might provide valuable insights into whether CNC technology is for you.

The panel, Success on the Path to CNC Automation, co-sponsored by AWI, will be held on Tuesday, June 30, from 2:10 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Speaking on the topic will be Megan Birch, Director of Business Operations, CCF Industries; Ken Frye, Sales Director, KCD Software; and Fabio Correa, co-owner of CNC Supply USA.

Megan Birch CCF Industries

An end user's perspective CCF Industries, a manufacturer of custom-built dovetail drawer boxes serving the cabinetry, furniture, and closet industries, is well known for its ability to customize products for its customers. As the company says, "If you can draw it, we can build it."  Megan Birch will discuss how the company meets its customers' custom needs by blending craftsmanship with CNC software and production equipment.

Ken Frye KCD Software

The power of software KCD Software's Ken Frye will dovetail CCF's discussion to focus on the power and ease of use of CNC software and how it can help customers reduce labor, improve quality, and increase productivity. Today's software can streamline the entire workflow from initial 3D client presentations to generating automated cut lists and running CNC routers.

CNC technology for today The final panelist is Fabio Correa, co-owner of CNC Supply USA, a Miami-based supplier of high-performance CNC machinery that develops precise solutions for the machining of high-value-added parts. Correa will discuss available CNC technology and their benefits for today's wood shop.
