West Ham United star Jarrod Bowen will join Aston Villa

West Ham United attacking midfielder Jarrod Bowen is set to join Aston Villa this summer, according to talkSPORT presenter Andy Goldstein. The West Ham captain has been linked with an exit from the London Stadium club after Nuno Espirito Santo’s side got relegated. Villa are one of the clubs keen on the Hammers star, and Goldstein insists he is on his way to the Midlands club to link up with Unai Emery.

“This will happen. I can’t tell you my sources, but this will happen,” he said.

“Jarrod Bowen to Aston Villa, you heard it here first. I’ve heard, I can’t tell you.

“It’s definitely not from Danny Dyer or any connection there.

“Transfer, permanent.”

While it is a huge blow for West Ham as they could do with such a player in the Championship as they eye an instant return to the Premier League, it is a huge boost for the Villans if Bowen joins them.

Villa are playing in the Champions League next season and the Hammers attacker will be of huge help as Emery looks to impress in the elite European competition.
