On June 4, 1974, the Cleveland Indians hosted Texas Rangers in what became known as Ten Cent Beer Night: fans could buy beer for a dime with no limit, and the crowd of over 25,000 grew so unruly that the umpires awarded a forfeit win to Texas. It remains one of the most chaotic nights in baseball history.
